PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house with a garage capable of draining off water from the garage.SOLUTION: A floor 4 of a garage has a water-resistant layer 42, a channel constructed thereon and a backflow prevention mechanism which prevents backflow of water flowing from the garage into a drain ditch 6 constructed outside a shutter device of the garage through the channel. The channel is constructed, for example, by laying long plate-like floor materials 41 on the water-resistant layer 42 with a gap in between. The backflow prevention mechanism has a water passage connecting the channel and the drain ditch 6 and a single swing valve 65 installed in the water passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
