A storage device for a battery module is provided to simplify the mold used in the preparation of the storage device and to reduce the manufacturing cost by changing the structure of housing to a layered structure. A storage device for a battery module comprises a plurality of support members which are layered so as to be combined; an accommodation part(200) which is formed by dividing the layered surface between the support members to form a single space and arranging the space along the layered surface in plural rows; and a buffering member which is mounted in the accommodation part to surround battery modules(400).
