<p>This invention refers to automatics, electrotechnics and can be used for multi-mode control of two-phase step motor acting in electrical drives of executive mechanisms of robots, machine tools and computer peripherals. The purpose of the invention is simplification, expansion of functional possibilities and implementation sphere, increase of smoothness of distribution of vector absolute value and rotation angles of the resulting torque of the motor, increase in accuracy and evenness of its movement. This is achieved through ensuring of 12-,6-,4- and 3-tact phase commutation modes with angles of 30, 60, 90 and120 degrees. One of the significant peculiarities of the proposed method and the device for its realization is that within all ensured phase commutation modes the positions of vectors of resulting torque do not coincide with the poles of step motor. This avoids possible influence of motor magnet system non-linearity (e.g. influence of saturation) and, thus, increase accuracy of single steps.</p> |
