<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin microporous film achieving lithium ion secondary batteries having excellent storage characteristics at high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The microporous film includes a polyolefin resin and inorganic particles. The polyolefin resin includes high-density polyethylene, and the inorganic particle includes zinc oxide as a principal component.
