PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately sterilize a bottle in an inline system.SOLUTION: While continuously running a preform (1), the preform is preheated to pre-sterilization temperature, hydrogen peroxide mist (K) or gas is blown into the preheated preform to subject the preform to pre-sterilization, further, the preform is heated to molding temperature, the preform that has reached the molding temperature is molded into a vessel (2) inside a blow molding mold (4) that runs continuously likewise, the vessel is taken out of the blow molding mold and, while being run continuously, the vessel is subjected to main sterilization and a beverage is filled into the vessel after the main sterilization and the vessel is sealed airtight by using a lid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
