<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly precise method for producing an implant upper construction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an implant upper construction comprises (a) a step for preparing a measurement master which reflects a situation that an abutment is fixed to an implant buried in a gnathic bone, (b) a step for acquiring data of the position and inclination of the abutment by a measurement instrument in which the measurement master is installed to the main axis of a five-axis processing machine, (c) a step for mounting the element 1' of the implant upper construct to the same position as the measurement master, (d) a step for using the data obtained in the (b) step to process connections 1a and 1a' or screw holes 1b and 1b' from one surface of the element 1', and (e) a step for turning over the element 1' to process the screw holes 1b and 1b' or the connections 1a and 1a' from the other surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
