COMPUTER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HANDLING NOTICE DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a contractor and to reduce desk work burden for the contractor. SOLUTION: The computer system for dealing with notice data related to items to be noticed on the basis of an inclusive contract due to the contractor who makes the inclusive contract, has a means for urging the input of notice data including the identification information of the inclusive contract to the terminal of the contractor, a means for receiving one or plural files including the notice data from the terminal of the contractor and storing these data in a storage device and an examining means for examining the contents of one or plural files including the notice data. For example, the file of notice data to be frequently used is prepared in a widely used spreadsheet application program(AP) and when there is a correction before transmission, the file is similarly corrected by the spreadsheet AP and can be transmitted to the computer system later. Thus, it is not necessary to input the notice data of similar contents on a screen over and over again.
