In the present invention, provided is a hybrid undercoating layer composition comprising an inorganic compound having a network structure; and an acryl-based modified polymer containing a hydroxyl group. In the present invention, provided is also a method for preparing the same. Moreover, a transparent conductive film having the hybrid undercoating layer made from the hybrid undercoating layer composition.
