<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal the inside of a shielded wire without using a component to cover the shielded wire. <P>SOLUTION: This shielded wire 10 is formed so that a conductor 11 is surrounded by an insulating core 12, a tubular braided wire 13 for a shield is externally fitted to the periphery of the core 12, and the braided wire 3 is surrounded by an insulating sheath 14. A notch part 15 communicating from the outer peripheral side of the sheath 14 to its inner peripheral side is formed in the sheath 14, and a filler 16 is filled in a gap between the core 12 and the sheath 14 throughout the periphery by a pressure difference between the notch part 15 side and the tip part 14F of the sheath 14.
