PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pot which has a function for properly depressuring boiling water, and has an excellent heat retention property.SOLUTION: The electric pot includes: a container body equipped with an inner container for storing liquid, and a heater for heating the container; a lid body for covering the opening of the upper side of the container body; and a steam passage which is arranged between a steam inlet communicated with the inside of the inner container, and the steam exit communicated with the outside of the container body, and has a depressuring function. The steam passage causes a lid side passage communicated with the inside of the inner container and a container body side passage communicated with the outside to communicate each other when the lid is closed. |
