This gas turbine plant control unit is provided with: an opening setting part for setting the opening of a fuel pressure adjusting valve of a gas turbine on the basis of gas turbine state information which is the information about the state of the gas turbine during a start of the gas turbine and during an increase in speed following the start; and a control part for controlling, in a feed-forward manner, the opening of the fuel pressure adjusting valve on the basis of an opening set by the opening setting part.
