PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic screening device capable of improving screening precision of a screening object in which a plurality of kinds of nonconductive substances coexist.SOLUTION: An electrostatic screening device 1 for screening a screening object M in which a plurality of kinds of nonconductive substances coexist into recovered material M1 and non-recovered material M2 by utilizing a Coulomb force includes: a cylindrical drum electrode 21 which can rotates around an inclined axial line AX; a charging unit 3 which charges the screening object M subjected to electrification treatment to an inner part of the drum electrode; a cylinder electrode 22 arranged on an inner part of the charging unit; a DC electric power source 26 which forms an electric field such that the Coulomb force pushing an inner circumferential surface 21a of the drum electrode 21 is actuated onto the screening object M; and a dust collector 23 provided so as to recover the recovered material M1 which is adsorbed onto the inner circumferential surface 21a of the drum electrode 21 up to a position relatively higher than the non-recovered material M2 and is moved, among the plurality of kinds of non-conductive substances.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
