PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bullet with non-killing/wounding performance for crime prevention capable of unnerving a criminal etc. without wounding the criminal etc. SOLUTION: The bullet with non-killing/wounding performance for crime prevention is provided with a cartridge case 2, a primer 3 provided in a rear end part 2eb of the cartridge case 2, a wad 4 provided in a middle position inside the cartridge case 2, an explosive 5 provided in the front position of the primer 3, and a material 6 having no killing/wounding performance provided between a tip part 2ea of the cartridge case 2 and the wad 4 inside the cartridge case 2.
