<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide analysis assisting equipment capable of assisting evaluation of the degree of properness of a distribution facility comprehensibly when the facility is established or reinforced in a distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: System data 111 of a power system and data 112 and 113 defining each load of the system, quantity of power generation, or probability distribution of variation in feed out voltage are taken in from a file 11, stochastic power flow computation is performed, and probability distribution of the voltage at each node or probability distribution of the current in each line is determined.
