A method for generating a 3-dimensional light-emitting image includes setting (S502), in accordance with the localization of a light emission in a 3-dimensional sample, a gap between a plurality of 2-dimensional images having different focusing surfaces, said gap occurring during the acquisition of the two-dimensional images in relation to a 3-dimensional sample (300) that has a 3-dimensional shape including a plurality of cells prepared so as to emit light. The method further includes: acquiring a group of 2-dimensional images, said group including a plurality of 2-dimensional images corresponding to the gap that was set, by photographing the 3-dimensional sample under non-illumination conditions; and generating (S505) a 3-dimensional image by compositing the 2-dimensional images included in the group of 2-dimensional images. |
