PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of users by letting other devices automatically take over services, when a downloading in progress is stopped. SOLUTION: This device is a data-shareable device for constituting a service group sharing data between devices connected with each other through a network. In addition, a data-transmitting means 12a for transmitting data to other devices and a replica registering and referring means 14a which registers and refers to the replica of data are provided. When new data are produced by the device in the service group concerned, the replica of the new data is produced and registered by the replica registering and referring means 14a.
