PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contamination preventing agent composition which allows an apparatus to be prevented from pitch contamination to be applied with sufficient amounts as a whole, and which can prevent pitch contamination more perfectly.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a contamination preventing agent composition 1a applied to a dry part D of a paper machine and comprising emulsion and a re-emulsifier.
