PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-cut device in which an optimum half-cut depth can be set corresponding to the distortion of a cutter blade even in a case where the distortion tolerance of the blade is large.SOLUTION: Under a condition that restriction parts 16a and 16a of a cutter holder 16 which holds a cutter 17 are in contact with a receiving surface 12a of a half-cut die 12, the cutter holder 16 is pressed downward at the middle of the two restriction parts 16a and 16a by a pressing drive force F, to impart downward distortion to the cutter holder 16. Measuring in advance whether a blade 17a of the cutter 17 is convex or concave, adequate half-cut depths for workpieces W1 and W2 are set by varying the pressing drive force F on the basis of the measurement. |
