PURPOSE:To attain to enhance heating efficiency, by utilizing the inner surface of a heating chamber constituted in a box shape as a reflective surface and providing a press hot roll and an infrared heater in the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A reflective surface 2 is formed to the inner surface of a box shaped heating chamber 1 by using a material well reflecting infrared rays and a heat insulating material 4 is held between the reflective surface 2 and an outside cover 3. The laminate inserted into the heating chamber 1 through feed rollers 9, 9' receives the direct radiation of three-dimensionally reflected infrared rays as a first stage and the front and back surfaces thereof are uniformly heated. Succeedingly, the heated laminate is directly contacted with rollers 8, 8' heated by infrared rays and the layers of the laminate are thermally bonded while melting the adhesive therebetween. Because infrared rays are used as a heating source, the laminate can be heated with good efficiency and, because the laminate is preheated efficiently through the contact of the press hot rollers 8, 8', heat loss can be reduced to min. in all processes. |
