<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is cured by the irradiation with an active energy ray or the like such as an ultraviolet ray and can form a tough film or a molded article. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a reactive compound which is derived from a phenol-aralkyl-type epoxy resin having a specific structure, a compound having, in the molecule, a combination of one or more polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated groups and one or more carboxy groups and a compound having, in one molecule, a combination of one or more hydroxy groups and one or more carboxy groups. The curable resin composition using the above reactive compound gives a tough cured product.
