PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote human communications by utilizing Internet technologies. SOLUTION: A registration mechanism of communication terminals registers required face-to face communication information transmitted from a person registration server. An erasure mechanism of a communication terminal erases the information registered in the registration mechanism and the information that has become unnecessary. A position information server detects approach of same communication terminals. The person registration server decides whether or not a trust relationship between approaching owners of the communication terminals is that of N-th intermediate, based on the information linked through N-numbers of intermediates; and transmits to the communication terminals, the approach information detected by the position information, and the communication information required for the face-to-face communication in the trust relationship through the N-th intermediation, based on the judgement. The person registration server flexibly controls the face-to-face communication information by reflecting the registration or erasure of the information on the face-to-face communication information.
