A louver assembly is provided to minimize cool air discharge variation resulting from cool air discharge pressure of an air conditioner unit, to improve total cooling efficiency of a bus, and to obtain convenience of cooling performance design of the bus by including a louver support port, a louver flip and a louver. A louver assembly comprises a louver support port(30), a louver flip and a louver(25). The louver support port is inserted in an opening of a plate(20) and has a circumferential surface extended to an upper end located inside a duct of a bus. The louver flip is installed in a lower end of the louver support port so as to allow cool air to be intermitted and supplied. The louver is fixed by an upper end of the louver support port, has an upper wall(52) so as to prevent cool air from being flowed into an upper end of the louver support port, and includes a louver cap(50) having an air inflow port in a side surface for being a passage where air is flowed inside the louver support port.
