PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill lead case by which a lead 3 can directly be inserted in a lead tank from a lead outlet 4C being formed on the pointed end section 4B of a lid body 4 without holding the lead 3 by hand by simply adjusting the lead outlet 2A of a lid fixing member 2 to the lead outlet 4C of the lid body 4 while erecting the lid body 4, in the refill lead case which opens the lead outlet 2A by erecting the lid body 4 by turning the lid body 4, and at the same time, closes the lead outlet 2A by tilting the lid body 4 in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: When the lid body 4 is tilted in the lateral direction, and the lead outlet 2A is closed by a raised section 4D, the rotating shaft 4A of the lid body 4 is engaged with an attaching hole 2D of a lid fixing member 2. Also, when the lid body 4 is erected, the raised section 4D of the lid body 4 is brought into contact with a stopper section 2H which is formed in a cut groove 2E of the lid fixing member 2, and the rotation of the lid body 4 is stopped. Thus, this refill lead case is constituted in such a manner that the lead 3 can pass through when the lead outlet 2A of the lid fixing member 2 meets the lead outlet 4C of the lid body 4.
