An outer diameter of the first tubular portion 26 is configured to be larger than an inner diameter of the second tubular portion 28, and the first rotor cover 24 and the second rotor cover 25 are configured to be fixed to each other by press fitting to have the first tubular portion 26 arranged at an inner circumferential side of the second tubular portion 28.
