PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit wasteful power consumption by controlling electric conduction through a hot-water heater only at the time of flushing. SOLUTION: The human-body private-part flushing device is provided with a stool 83, flushing nozzles 61, 62 for ejecting flushing water to a section to be flushed, a closet seat 81, a closet cover 82, a heater H for hot water heat- insulating flushing water supplied to the flushing nozzles, and a controller for controlling the heater for hot water so as to be brought to a normal state from a power-saving state when there is a signal performing indication so as to conduct flushing by an operating button for flushing or when there is a signal executing indication so as to finish flushing.
