A filter fixing device is provided to allow an air filter to be fixed or unfixed stably by rotating a handle one time, thereby reducing the time required for exchanging or repairing the air filter. A filter fixing device(11) comprises a handle whose one end is installed at a supporting frame so as to be rotated; a link rod whose one end is connected to the handle by hinge axis; a guide rod which is connected to the other end of the link rod by hinge axis so as to be pressed downward by the link rod, thereby pushing a filter(12); and a stopper which is adhered to the supporting frame so as to restrict the rotation of the link rod.
