The flange 44 has a side face supporting part 51 for supporting a first side face part 34 of the ring gear 12, and a caulking and fixing part 52 for caulking and fixing a second side face part 35 of the ring gear 12. The caulking and fixing part 52 has an annular protrusion 61 for caulking and fixing the second side face part 35 through thrust deformation, and the second side face part 35 has a groove 38 formed between a tooth portion 33 of the ring gear 12 and the caulking and fixing part 52 annularly around a rotation axis while being recessed in the direction of the rotation axis.
