PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a test case for testing communication between telecommunications facilities. SOLUTION: Actual communications between at least two telecommunications facilities are recorded, the recorded actual communications are analyzed, and the test case is generated on the basis of these analysis results.
