PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rise of an end pivot 7 in an engine 1 provided with swing arm type rocker arms 26, 27 including a roller 28. SOLUTION: A valve erecting in parallel with a cylinder axis Z of a cylinder head 10 is driven by a camshaft 82 via the rocker arms 26, 27 pivotally supported by the end pivot 7 at an end part thereof. A pivot support member 71 is inclined to a valve stem in such a manner that an upper part of an axis of a recessed support surface 71a is apart from the valve stem and a lower part thereof is close to the valve stem.
