PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of exhibiting SATA interface performance by optimizing the arrangement of a SATA connector with respect to a control board to solve a problem such as noise or unnecessary radiation. SOLUTION: A driver IC and a DSP for executing a main process regarding recording/reproducing in a disk are mounted on a main printed board. A SATA connector including a power terminal and a signal terminal is fixed on the main printed board. The SATA connector is disposed on the board to face the DSP. A pattern for interconnecting the power terminal and the driver IC and a pattern for interconnecting the signal terminal and the DSP are formed in the substrate. The SATA connector and the DSP are disposed more on the driver IC side than the center line of the board, the power terminal is disposed on the driver IC side, and the signal terminal is disposed on the DSP side with respect to the board.
