<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to control a gain quantity against a large input voltage difference and a high frequency input without distortion by consisting of a 1st and a 2nd micro voltage generating parts, a 1st and a 2nd voltage- current converting parts and current-voltage conversion output part. CONSTITUTION: The 1st micro voltage generating part 10 generates a 1st micro voltageΔV1 which is to be the tant<-1> function of an external bias voltage VB for controlling amplification gain. In the 1st voltage-current converting part 20, conversion is performed by a 1st current I1 of a tanh function having an inverse characteristic to the voltageΔV1 . On the other hand, in the 2nd micro voltage generating part 30, a 2nd micro voltageΔV2 which is to be the tanh<-1> function of an input high-frequency signal voltage Vin is generated. In the 2nd voltage-current converting part 40, conversion is performed by a 2nd current I2 of the tanh function having an inverse characteristic to the voltageΔV2 . Thus, linearity is maintained between the current I1 and the current I2 . As the above, the current I1 controlled by the voltage VB and linearly proportioned to the change of the current I2 is converted into a voltage in the voltage conversion output part 50 and outputted to an output signal voltage V0 .</p> |
