PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric wire with a terminal in which, when a molding die is released after an anti-corrosion material is molded, peeling does not occur at an interface between a terminal and a resin so that anti-corrosion properties can be reliably secured.SOLUTION: In an electric wire with a terminal, a pressure bonded connection portion 12A between a crimp terminal 10 and an electric wire W is covered with an anti-corrosion material 20. In a step of setting a terminal in a molding die when the electric wire with a terminal is manufactured, a release accelerating member 50 for accelerating the release of the molding die from a resin is disposed at a position inside a cavity 110 corresponding to a front end upper surface of the anti-corrosion material 20, and the anti-corrosion material 20 is molded in this condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
