Provided is a refrigerating and air conditioning device with which a rise in the inside temperature during a defrosting operation can be minimized. This refrigerating and air conditioning device is provided with: a refrigeration cycle in which a heat source unit 1, a first flow path switching device, a first cooler 11 which is one part of a cooler that has been divided in two, a first throttle device 21, a second cooler 12 which is the other part of the cooler that has been divided in two, a second throttle device 22, and a second flow path switching device are connected in a loop by refrigerant pipes; and a control device 70 for controlling at least the first throttle device 21 and the second throttle device 22. During a defrosting operation, the control device 70 performs defrosting in turn from either the first cooler 11 or the second cooler 12, while the other performs cooling operation. |
