PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve reliability in liquid-leakage resistance of a battery by surely removing a gasket, into which black foreign matter is mixed, without causing deterioration in productivity due to complication of an inspection or efficiency deterioration. SOLUTION: A resin-made battery gasket 30 has a central boss part 31 that allows a power collector 25 to penetrate through it, an intermediate partition-wall part 33, and an annular packing part 32. The resin-made battery gasket is composed so that a thin-walled part 35 functioning as an explosion-proof safety valve is formed at an annular part or at a part of the annular part between the boss part 31 and the partition-wall part 33. It is also composed so as to have a distance (A) of≥0.2 mm between the innermost periphery of the thin-walled part 35 and the outermost periphery of the boss part 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
