<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic composite material which has conductivity and has improved characteristics suited for intercepting electromagnetic radiation or electromagnetic wave. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic composite material comprises a polymer matrix made by accumulating nano-fiber material and/or accumulating graphite-based particles, wherein the matrix contains at least one kind of inorganic filler in the form of silicate based particle or in the form of glass particles.
