<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display internal illumination signboard which is small-scaled, is used for an event or an entertainment, especially, a self-government association or a meeting in a local community and a meeting associated with neighbors in a short term, and is easily installed, moved and housed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The solar charging and discharging type LED internal illumination signboard generates electricity by using a solar module as a power supply, and stores the power in a charging and discharging type battery, and displays an internal illumination type signboard character requiring an LED light as necessary. It does not require power supply equipment from the external, does not use special goods excepting use of translucent goods concerning size, kind and signboard constitution, and is structured to be easily installed.
