PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly detergent cleansing agent for oily makeup and excellent in foaming property. SOLUTION: The cleansing agent with significantly elevated cleansing property and excellent foaming property can be provided by blending an anionic surfactant, polyglyceryl laurate-10 and/or tetraglycerin monolauryl ether at a specific ratio and further blending an 8-16C alkyl glycoside at a specific rate.
