<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor assembly for detecting vibration and positions of components in a machine. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave probe 202 used in a microwave sensor assembly 110 includes a radiator body and a radiator coupled to the radiator body. The radiator includes a first portion, a second portion and a connecting portion for coupling the first portion to the second portion. When at least one microwave signal is received, the first portion and the second portion generate an electromagnetic field 224, and when an object is disposed within the electromagnetic field, a load is inducted to the radiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
