<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device capable of controlling rotational frequency of a generator by estimating a magnetic pole position of a rotor of the generator mounted in an expander, and stopping a system in safety by braking the generator even when a generator control device is brought to an emergency stop and the generator is kept in a free-run state. <P>SOLUTION: When the generator control device 18 detects abnormality and is brought to an emergency stop, a compressor 1 is immediately stopped, a DC voltage is lowered to a prescribed value by a pressure rising-type power factor improvement circuit 12, and a motor is not rotated by a motor driving device 15 until a prescribed time is passed to consume electric power. Thus the increase of rotational frequency in the free-run state can be prevented by stopping the motor and lowering the DC voltage, even when the generator control device 18 is brought to an emergency stop, and the generator 2b is kept in a free-run state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
