A disclosed developing device for circulating toner in a developing room includes a photosensitizer for forming an electrostatic latent image, a developing room, a developing roller which faces the photosensitizer and supplies toner to the electrostatic latent image, a supply roller which supplies the toner in the developing room to the developing roller, and an agitation member which is located in the lower part of the supply roller of the developing room and agitates the toner in the developing room. So, the tonner can be smoothly circulated in the developing device.
