PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed and laminated sheet used for a decorative sheet (a wallpaper) as a finishing material of a house interior and having excellent followability to a shift of an under layer, and a method for manufacturing the laminated sheet.SOLUTION: The foamed and laminated sheet having a foamed resin layer laminated on a fiber base material satisfies that in a sheet tear strength test method defined in JISK7128-3, a displacement from a first maximum point to a second maximum point of tensile strength in a width direction at 3 mm/min of a tensile speed and at 800 mm of a distance between grip tools is 1-5 mm. The foaming agent containing resin layer includes: one kind or two kinds or more of resin components (1) selected from a group consisting of an olefin co-polymer including at least α,&bgr; unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride as a constituent co-monomer and polyethylene; and at least one kind or two or more kinds of resin components (2) selected from a group consisting of an olefin carboxylic acid vinyl ester co-polymer and an olefin-α,&bgr; carboxylic acid ester co-polymer. |
