PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide-based electrophotographic member that has a characteristic to be charged positive, exhibits volume resistivity stably and accurately in a volume resistivity range of 1×10<SP>5</SP>to 1×10<SP>14</SP>Ωcm and is excellent in surface smoothness and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The polyamide-based electrophotographic member contains 10-100 pts.wt. in total of a modified polyolefin (B) and if needed a polyolefin (C) per 100 pts.wt. polyamide (A), wherein the ratio ((B):(C)) by weight of the modified polyolefin (B) and the polyolefin (C) is (100:0)-(2:98), and contains 2-30 pts.wt. carbon black per 100 pts.wt. in total of the polyamide, the modified polyolefin (B) and the polyolefin (C).
