According to embodiments, the present invention relates to a system for managing an optical fiber line number comprising: an optical connection box; multiple optical fiber line labels by which optical fiber number information about an input fiber and an output fiber connected inside the optical connection box to correspond to each other is represented; an optical fiber number recognition terminal which transmits optical fiber line number recognition information by transmitting a photographed image of a part where the multiple optical fiber line labels are located or recognizing the optical fiber line number information represented on each of the multiple optical fiber line number labels; and an optical fiber line number management server which stores and manages an image or the optical fiber line number recognition information received from the optical fiber line number recognition terminal.
