PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart an engine even if an abnormality occurs in a starting system.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device 10 mounted to a vehicle includes: a first starting system 61 that has a motor generator 16 connected to an engine and a lithium ion battery 27 connected to the motor generator 16; a second starting system 62 that has a starter motor 21 connected to the engine and a lead battery 28 connected to the starter motor 21; and an ISS controller 52 that stops the engine on the basis of a stop condition and restarts the engine by using the first starting system 61 on the basis of a start condition. While the engine is stopped on the basis of the stop condition, if an abnormality occurs in the first starting system 61, the ISS controller 52 restarts the engine by using the second starting system 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
