PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for charging each user for charging by utilizing information on a telephone number of a portable telephone carried by a user of a vehicle, and reduce a possibility that an object to be charged for charging is not properly selected.SOLUTION: A user displays a two-dimensional code, in which a telephone number of a portable telephone 1 is encoded, on a display section 12 of the portable telephone 1, and holds the portable telephone over a reader 32 of a charger 4. The charger 4 decodes the two-dimensional code read by the reader 32 so as to acquire the telephone number of the portable telephone 1, and records the telephone number in a telephone number memory 33. The user uses the portable telephone 1 to call the charger 4. On receipt of a call connection request, the charger 4 collates the telephone number contained in the call connection request with the telephone number recorded in the reader 32. If both the telephone numbers are consistent with each other, charging a vehicle 8 is permitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
