PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure to add painting and to add painting precisely by clarifying the position of a finishing line. SOLUTION: When receiving a print job, a print server obtains finishing line information for determining the position of the finishing line using the drawing code of a corner register mark (step 100, 102). Thereafter, based on the finishing line information, the print server determines whether adding painting to each object is needed or adding painting is to be carried out, and either warns that adding painting is necessary or carries out a process for adding painting (step 104-108).
