The present invention provides a string winding and unwinding apparatus of which the configuration is simplified and the maintenance is easy, the apparatus comprising: (i) a base unit having a base plate and a cylindrical lower housing positioned on the upper surface of the base plate; (ii) a middle unit having a cylindrical upper housing and upper and lower stopping portions which are positioned on the inner side of the upper housing; (iii) a rotating unit at least a portion of which is positioned inside the lower housing so as to be rotatable with respect to the base unit; and (iv) a cover unit which is coupled to the middle unit so as to be rotatable with respect to the middle unit, has a counter stopping portion, can be interlocked with or separated from the rotating unit by having a variable distance from the base unit, and can rotate with the rotating unit when interlocked with the rotating unit. |
