Disclosed is a construction machine flow control valve for controlling the flow supplied from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic cylinder. The present invention provides the construction machine flow control valve comprising: a valve body provided at a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder; a spool for supplying the working fluid of the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic cylinder through a one-side actuator port when the spool is switched, and returning, to a tank passage, the working fluid discharged from the hydraulic cylinder after the working fluid has passed through a residual pressure chamber; a pressure chamber formed at the spool so as to communicate with a supply passage and the one-side actuator port; a signal pressure passage formed at the spool so as to allow an other-side actuator port to communicate with the pressure chamber; a residual pressure discharge passage formed at the spool so as to eliminate the residual pressure, which moves from the other-side actuator port to the pressure chamber when the spool is in a neutral state; and a flow regulating valve for blocking an opening when the flow regulating valve is switched by the working fluid returned from the other-side actuator port, if the pressure of the working fluid returned from the hydraulic cylinder to a working fluid tank exceeds a set pressure. |
