PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonchromium surface treatment liquid for a metallic material in which problems in the conventional nonchromium surface treatment are solved, and which has excellent corrosion resistance and coating adhesion; and to provide a method for treating the same. SOLUTION: The treatment liquid for anode electrolysis comprises: at least one kind selected from the group consisting of zirconium, titanium and vanadium (component A); phosphoric acids (component B); and a gelatification or precipitation preventive agent (component C).
