The present invention relates to a skin composition for an external use comprising acetic acid 16-hydroxy-octadeca-9,17-diene-12,14-diynyl ester as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition capable of providing effects of alleviating and/or treating skin inflammation, and especially atopic dermatitis, and to a cosmetic composition comprising the same.
